This form is for veteran organizations, government entities, community service groups, and non-profits that are not selling goods or services and are requesting a booth fee waiver.

Booth Details for Veterans

Booths are available for both Friday and Saturday (unless otherwise specified).

Friday Set-Up:

  • Set up between 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Must be in place by 4:45 PM

Saturday Set-Up:

  • Set up between 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
  • Must be in place by 8:45 AM
