Terms and Conditions

In consideration of you accepting this ticket, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, Propel Forward, Inc., Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport, County of Rock, The Airport manager or any of their designees, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I know that visiting an airport and its related activities has potentially unknown and unforeseen hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able to do so. I assume all risks associated with visiting this event including, but not limited to: low hanging aircraft wings, propeller hazards, fuel fumes, fire hazards, vehicle movement, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and airport conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in visiting a airport event. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me. I agree to abide by all decisions of any airport event staff.  I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this event that I am physically fit and of sound mind so as not to create a hazard to myself or my fellow attendees.

I assume all liability for damages, including but not limited to personal injury and property damage, that may occur to myself/ourselves or any others, by participating in the Pistons and Props, and Pistons and Props Car Show. I hereby waive, for myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, and administrators, any and all foreseeable claims against, and agree to hold harmless and release from any and all foreseeable claims which may be made for causes arising from participation, Propel Forward, Inc, Corporate Contractors Inc., Revv Aviation, any sponsor, Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport Board, Rock County, and all their committees, employees, sponsors and volunteers,and successors or assigns. I understand the risks involved in participating in such an event. I hereby agree to assume liability for those risks and to release and hold harmless all the persons and/or entities above mentioned.

I hereby consent to allow my picture(s) or likeness to appear in any official document, news release sponsor advertisement, and/or television and radio coverage of the events within or as part of the 2024 Pistons and Props Car Show, any future advertisements and promotions and grant permission to use and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures, video tape, or film of me in which I may be included in whole, part, composite, or reproductions thereof in black and white and/or color or otherwise made through any media now known for art, advertising, trade, or any other similar lawful purposes whatsoever, including the publicity and promotion of this event itself, excluding commercial use of or by marketing professionals.

In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising during the event I hereby authorize and give my consent to the Event Director to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment and hospitalization.

As it applies to my attendance in this event, I agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control (CDC)’s recommendations for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and attest to having read the CDC’s guidance at: https://www.cdc.gov. I also agree to abide by any COVID-19 distancing and other safety guidelines issued by the state, the community or by this event management.

Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videographic or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes.

This event follows the standard event industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, a natural disaster, or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff.  No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry ticket fee is nonrefundable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
