*We are not currently accepting application for vendors for drinks or “meal” options.

GENERAL VENDOR RULES & INFORMATION

1. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The board of directors will review each vendor application and eligibility will be determined based on the business’s sellable items.

• Pistons and Props is limiting a certain number of like kind and quality vendors, to ensure a variety of opportunities for patrons.

2. The vendor must provide a certificate of liability insurance including the below-named entities:

• Propel Forward, Inc. - 2241 N County Rd E, Janesville, WI 53548

• County of Rock - 51 South Main St., Janesville, WI 53545

• Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport - 1716 W. Airport Road, Janesville, WI 53546

3. Spots available are 10’ x 10’ or a standard-length food truck - all signs and displays must stay within the assigned area.

4. Indoor vendors must furnish their own tables and chairs.

5. Indoor Vendors must be set up and ready for sale by 9 am and may not be torn down until 4 pm.

6. Outdoor vendors must be in by 9 am, ready to serve by 10 am.

7. Indoor vendors must be vacated from the hangar no later than 5 pm. Outdoor vendors may not break down until 5 pm.

8. Vendors are responsible for and must remove all waste, garbage, or refuse from their space during take-down.

9. Vendors cannot serve alcohol.

10. A rain date is scheduled for July 21st, 2024.

11. Vendors must follow all local and state laws.

12. All food truck trailers must be dropped. No vehicles will be allowed to stay attached to the food truck.
