  • Food & Outdoor Vendors: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Indoor Vendors: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Seeking Food Vendors:

  • Sweet Treats: Desserts, snacks, and other indulgences.
  • Ice Cream & Frozen Treats
  • Popcorn
  • Lemonade, Smoothies & Specialty Drinks
  • Barbecue, Pizza, Sandwiches, Tacos & other general food vendors

Please note: We are not currently accepting applications for vendors selling water, soda, or Gatorade, to avoid overlap with our event beverage providers.


General Vendor Guidelines & Important Information:

  1. Application Process: Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be reviewed by the board to ensure diversity in product offerings. We aim to limit the number of similar vendors to create a more engaging experience for attendees.
    *As a thank you to 2024 vendors- all applications from a 2024 vendor prior to feb 1st will be counted first.  After Feb 1st all 2024 vendors will be on same First-come, First-Served basis.*
  2. Food Vendor Insurance: Food vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance that names the following entities as additional insured:
    • Propel Forward, Inc.

  3. Vendor Space Sizes:
    • Indoor Vendors: 10' x 10' (bring your own tables and chairs)
    • Outdoor Vendors: 20' x 20' (additional fees apply for larger footprints).
    • Outdoor Food Vendors: 20' x 20' or a standard-length food truck (additional fees apply for larger footprints).
  4. Setup & Breakdown:
    • Indoor Vendors: Set up by 8:45 AM and remain until 4:00 PM (no early breakdown).
    • Outdoor Vendors: Set up 7 AM-8:45 AM and must be in position by 8:45AM.  Food Vendors must be ready to serve by 10:00 AM. Breakdown MAY NOT begin prior to 5:00 PM unless otherwise approved.  No Vehicles parking within event without written permission from the event Host
  5. Waste Management: Vendors are responsible for removing all refuse from their space at the end of the event.
  6. Alcohol: Vendors are not permitted to sell or serve alcohol.
  7. Rain Date: In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for July 20, 2025.
  8. Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local and state regulations.
  9. Food Truck Requirements: Food trucks must drop their trailers. Vehicles may not remain attached to food trucks during the event.
  10. You are not allowed to sell water, soda, or Gatorade, to avoid overlap with our event beverage providers, without expressed written permission from the event Host.

Vendor Fees & Commission Policy:

  • Indoor Vendors: $75 (Early Bird rate)
  • Outdoor/Food Vendors:
    • $100 (before March 1st, 2025)
    • $125 (after March 1st, 2025)

Vendor Commission:
To incentivize our vendors and ensure a fair and equitable business relationship, we have established a commission policy for gross sales exceeding $10,000. This policy is designed to reward successful vendors while maintaining a sustainable business model.

  • Overview:
    The commission policy applies to vendors whose gross sales exceed $10,000. By implementing this policy, we aim to support vendors who achieve strong sales while also contributing to the overall success of the event.

  • Commission Rate:

    • Threshold: Vendors will be charged a commission only on the amount that exceeds $10,000 in gross sales.
    • Rate: A 2.5% commission will be applied to the sales amount above the $10,000 threshold.
