Interested in helping in 2025! We are looking for volunteers to help organize as well as day of event. Please reach out to info@pistonsprops.com if this interest you or to learn more information!
Volunteers may sign up for a half-day or full-day by selecting 2 shifts.

- FREE Admission to the event before or after your shift.
- FREE Volunteer T-Shirt (limited quantities and sizes)
- The designated Volunteer area will be provided with water, snacks, and a light breakfast & lunch.
- Support Propel Forward in making this a fantastic event and enabling us to bring an Airshow back to southern Wisconsin.
Important details: - Volunteers may sign up for half-day or full-day by selecting 2 shifts.
- Mandatory safety briefings: All volunteers must attend 1 safety meeting or briefed by an Event Manager (if unable to attend)
- 2 safety meetings/general event info will be held in Janesville Festival Food Community Room
- Friday, July 12th @ 7PM-8PM
- Wednesday July 17th @ 7PM-8PM
- 2 safety meetings/general event info will be held in Janesville Festival Food Community Room
- 2 secondary safety meetings at 8:15 AM and 12:30 PM during event day.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your shift to park, and receive the training and materials needed.
- Please park in designated Volunteer parking area.
- Map and important information will be emailed the week of the event and discussed at safety meetings.
- Breaks will be provided as volunteers are available.
- All Volunteers are asked to lend a hand at 5 pm at the end of the event to prepare the event before the ECHO Hangar Dance.
